·      The document presenting the Partners’ holidays has been updated and uploaded onto the Yahoo Platform under the file section

3. Project Logo
·       Each school selects 2 logos made by students on an A4 paper
·       Logos should include the project title, the 6 project countries, the project dates: 2018/2020)
·       Each school sends its selected logos to France before the end of January 2019
·       France uploads the selected logos onto the project website and informs its partners of an election day to start voting early February 2019

4. LTT’s in 2019 in Italy and in Greece

·      Italy: take a train from the Leonardo Da Vinci International airport to Roma Trastevere Railway Station; take a train from Roma Trastevere Railway Station to Civitavecchia train station
·      Greece : take a bus (“X1” outside terminals ; € 2 per person) from Thessalonique international airport to the bus station (the bus station is the last stop) ; at the bus station, on the right-handside, on top of one desk is written “Katerini” (buy a ticket from the desk ; € 7 one way) and board a bus on the left to Katerini; at Katerini, phone to Sofia or to Georgios for pick up

In Italy (April 8 – 12):
·      Day 1: 
-       video or PowerPoint presentation: students introduce themselves (name, age, likes, sports, photos…)
-       workshop: 6 multinational groups reflect on a sports-related subject and create a poster each (doping in sports, disability in sports, gender equality in sports, money in sports, nutrition in sports, sports and media)
·      Day 2 :
-       Outdoor sports activities (beach volley, windsurfing, …..)
·      Day 3 :
-       All nationals go to Roma (sightseeing ; can share the cost of a guide ; return train ticket costs € 13)
·      Day 4 :
-       Orienteering in Civitavecchia or trekking by the river
·      Day 5 :
-       Sailing boat

In Greece (May 13 – 17)
·      Day 1: 
-       Ice-breaking activity: each participating student will make a short oral presentation (name, age, 3 truths and 1 lie). The objective is for the listeners to discover the lie
-       A short sports game organized by participating P.E. teachers (e.g. a roundel, a office tennis)
-       An oral short presentation of topics (5 minutes maximum): Greece will prepare a presentation on the 1st Olympics and on Pierros Demas (weightlifter) ; Italy will prepare a presentation on Pietro Mennea (best of Europe in athletics, and recordman) ; Malta will prepare a presentation on the events that occurred during the Munich Olympics ; France will prepare a presentation on the events that occurred during the Berlin Olympics ; Poland and Bulgaria will inform its partners of their respective Olympic-related topic for this short oral presentation
·      Day 2 :
-       Hiking to the Olympus mountain (trainers ore trekking are required)
·      Day 3 :
-       Visit of the city Thessaloniki : cultural discovery (e.g. the white tower, churches, ...) a guided tour of the places of interest
·      Day 4 :
-       Orienteering in Katerini with paper maps, in multinational groups assisted with 2 multinational teachers in each of the 6 groups : the objective will be to locate cultural historical landmarks
·      Day 5 :
-       Creation of tangibles :
Ø a sports dictionary on computers
Ø a 120-word text written in English by students dispatched in 6 multinational groups, then translated in each nationals’ language with phonetic transcriptions (for pronunciation purpose) ; each multinational group will write a 20-word text on a specific theme (on athletics, volleyball, basketball, football, handball, hockey) ; the final 120-word text will be saved as an e-book

5. LTT Malta
·      In November 2019 from Monday 18th to Friday 22nd


6. LTT in Poland
·      In April 2020 from Monday 20th to Friday 24th


7. TPM in Bulgaria
·      Depending on each partner’s financing balance, Bulgaria will be able to host the 2nd TPM during the first half of October 2019, not after (in Bulgaria, school starts during the second half of October):
Ø From Thursday 3th to Friday 4th October 2019
or
Ø From Thursday 10th to Friday 11th October 2019
·      This 2nd TPM will permit us to organize the LTT in Poland and the final LTT of this project
·      This 2nd TPM will also permit us to start writing up a new Erasmus+ project to sustain our collaboration
