Dear colleagues,

We are glad to invite you to take part in the first project meeting that will be held at Lycée Ferdinand Buisson in Ermont, France, at 215 rue Ferdinand Buisson 95120 Ermont, from November 29^th to 30^th 2018.

The aim of this meeting is to kick-off our project, to get to know teaching and non-teaching staff from our project partners, to share information about the project management and implementation (e.g. budget, launched activities, visits, transportation, …), to present the characteristics of our schools, to schedule the expected LTT activities in Italy  and Greece in 2019, to prioritise the agreed tasks .

The communicational language used will be English and French.

We hope the accommodation facilities we suggested, the “Balladins Hôtel”, will prove convenient considering the location, the service quality and the price range.

The following agenda outlines a 2-day staff meeting program. We hope it will allow us all to express improvements, exchange ideas or raise questions.

=> Arrival at the Ferdinand Buisson school

=> room 401 (fitted with computers, a video overhead projector)

=> Welcome address from the school Head

=> self-introduction of coordinators : information about school type, school team, school calendar

=> check and draft outlines of Year-1 activities : organise the students’ mobility to Italy then to Greece in 2019, determine dates, use the “Needed information” document,
